We work hard to make sure your Troxus e-bike and accessories arrive safely and as quickly as possible. This article provides an easy-to-understand overview of how shipping works, including timelines, signature requirements, and what to do if something arrives damaged. Where We Ship
Troxus currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing
Once your order is placed:
- Most orders process within 1–2 business days.
- Orders containing discounted items may require an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timelines vary by location, but most shipments arrive within:
- 3–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.
Please note that weather, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control may affect actual delivery times.
Signature Required for E-Bikes
All e-bike shipments require a signature upon delivery. This helps protect you from lost or stolen packages and is required due to the value and battery regulations of e-bikes.
If you are not available at the time of delivery:
- The carrier may attempt redelivery.
- You may be able to pick up the package at a nearby carrier facility.
Changing Your Address After an Order
You may update your shipping address before your order leaves our warehouse by contacting Troxus Support.
Once your order has shipped:
- Address changes must be handled directly with the carrier.
- Troxus cannot guarantee that address changes or re-routing requests will be successful.
- Any delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or changed address are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Damage Claims
We want your new e-bike and accessories to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.
If the box or product appears damaged:
- Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before signing.
- Take photos of the box and product, including any visible damage.
- Contact Troxus Support within 5 days of delivery at support@troxusmobility.com.
Shipping damage claims submitted after 5 days may not be accepted due to carrier claim time limits.
Carriers We Use
Troxus ships orders using major parcel carriers, including:
- FedEx
- Other trusted carriers, depending on your location and the type of product
While we partner with reputable carriers, Troxus is not responsible for delays, routing decisions, or other carrier-controlled issues.
Return Shipping
Return shipping fees vary depending on the item type:
- E-bikes: Approximately $150–$350 (deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a verified product quality issue).
- Accessories: $15 per return shipment for eligible items.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
For pre-order and backorder items:
- Your payment method may be charged immediately at the time of order.
- Estimated ship dates are provided as a guideline and may change based on production and logistics.
- Your order will ship as soon as the product becomes available.
